Stockton University opened Kramer Hall in Hammonton in January of 2013 as part of our strategic plan to expand our footprint, and to provide educational access to students in a convenient location.  In addition to offering graduate and undergraduate courses, Stockton also offers meaningful experiential learning opportunities including professional seminars, art exhibitions, and lectures. We are home to several cultural partners including: The South Jersey Cultural Alliance, The Murphy Writing Center, The Noyes Museum of Art, and the South Jersey Culture and History Center.  Our Stockton community interfaces with various cultural, educational and business agencies in Hammonton which has led to the formation of valuable partnerships and collaborations. Professional staff members are actively engaged in Hammonton’s MainStreet efforts including participation in Third Thursday programs, as well as initiatives developed by the Eagle Theatre, The Hammonton Arts District and other non-profit organizations. Stockton students volunteer to assist the Town with projects, including annual events such as the Teen Arts and the Eagle Theatre’s Fringe Festival. Stockton University initiated a partnership with Hammonton to adopt the property out-front of Kramer Hall. Students and staff assist with the maintenance of the green space including trash clean-up, gardening and beautification projects.  Stockton students also serve as interns for various agencies throughout the Town including MainStreet, the Noyes Museum of Art, and the Eagle Theatre.
